SALUS NanoSealer
- Wind Turbine Protectant

Isolates blades at the molecular level from atmospheric abrasives, acid rain, snow, ice buildup, bio-contaminate erosion from bird and bug strike residue and skin ruptures.

Salus NanoSealer is especially designed to enhance the blade’s aerodynamics for greater efficiency, improving acceleration at the start and reducing drag to protect the hub bearings and gear train, and reduces noise generated from wind turbine blades.


APPLICATION:

PREPARATION FOR NEW BLADES: Deposits of any manufacturing grease and grime should be removed before applying. The blade should be clean and dry before applying this product.


PREPARATION FOR OLD BLADES: Well-maintained/repaired blade surfaces should be cleaned with Salus NanoBioclean to remove soil, grease and grime. Rinse and when dry, apply Salus NanoSealer.


APPLICATION FOR NEW BLADES: At the factory, apply with automatic spray equipment or microfiber flat mop to ensure full coverage. Wait 5 to 10 minutes until dry/cured and then use a slow speed microfiber buffer/polisher. For best results, apply two coats. Then load and ship the blades to their destination.


APPLICATION FOR OLD BLADES:  Apply with microfiber mop, preferably top to bottom, or however workload is set up to exit site after application. Cure time: serviceable after 10 minutes, but continues to integrate with surface/seal up to two

days. Compatible with any repair medium.
